Item:Baltic Amber Rounded Baby Teething Necklace OLD FASHIONED TAFFY
Customer service:I Purchased a Baltic amber necklace on on Jan 20, 2017 and I have yet to receive it...today is March 9th. I contacted seller and she agreed to ship another one, but neither necklace has made it to my mailbox yet. I will update this post if it so happens to arrive soon! If not, I would just prefer a refund and then I will purchase one locally rather going through this site again.

Buyer resolution: Seller was amazing to work with! She was completely compassionate, sincere, understanding, cooperative, and kind during the process of my lost necklace. She is not the mailservice, this I understand, and so I do not hold her accountable for any of the issues I had.
