Orders that are placed before 5pm GMT on weekdays and 12pm GMT on Saturdays are usually sent out the same day.
All items are sent from Falkirk in Scotland using Royal Mail. UK orders are sent using first class and international orders are sent using air mail.

Returns Policy
Under EU distance selling rules, you can return an item for any reason. Please contact me within 14 days if you wish to return an item. A refund will be issued as soon as the items have been received back. Return postage is paid for by the buyer (unless the item is faulty).
The following items are excluded from the returns policy (unless damaged or defective on arrival):
Custom made items
Nappies/diapers that have been washed/worn/used
Privacy policy
As an EU seller I am required to have a privacy policy. I will send you a copy on request, but to be honest, it's very boring! Basically, I don't save, store or sell any of your personal information. The information I hold about you is the information supplied by Paypal when you pay for your order. I do share your address with Royal Mail so they can deliver your order. I may also share your details if required to do so by a government agency, e.g for tax purposes or to prevent and investigate fraud or illegal activities.

All my pocket nappies are made from a pattern by Opulent Monsters. You can buy your own pattern from the Opulent Monsters website, or from their store on Etsy. If you need any help sewing from the pattern I'd be happy to help you!
