This cute little top features a smocked bodice and tie straps and comes with a matching soaker/diaper cover. They were made using a soft, handspun BFL that I dyed in rainbow bright colors.

The top measures:

bib portion - 4.5: across the center and 3" in length

the waist area right below the bib measures 15" (unstretched)

The length from the top of the bib to the bottom of the hem measures 15"

the soaker measures:

waist - 11-14"

hips - 14" (unstretched)

rise - 14"
