I'm not exactly sure why this scent is called "Hydrogen". Perhaps because it gets down to basics, in that if I had to choose ONE scent of soap for the rest of my life, this would be it. To say it is a clean soapy smell is not quite accurate. Hydrogen *is* a clean scent, but it's more than that: a little hint of floral, a little hint of something green and fresh, and a generous helping of clean. To call it gender neutral diminishes the beauty of this scent, but this bar is equally wonderful for men and women alike.
