Shipping Prices - It is almost always at a little cheaper to send your package via Parcel Post, and since I am in the Midwest, usually as fast as Priority. For customers local to the Springfield, Missouri area you can pick up your order or I may be able to deliver it to avoid shipping charges. I will issue a refund back to you for any shipping you are charged if pick-up or drop-off is arranged.
Shipping Information - Once your order is mailed it is out of my hands and I cannot be responsible if the post office looses a package. Insurance is recommended and available if you desire. I usually use my postage meter at home and do not use the online services. While it is easier for me, the downside is there is no package tracking available with my home meter. If you want tracking please note it in the notes of your order and I will use an online service to ship. Also, if you do purchase insurance I will use an online service to ship and you will receive tracking information.
International Orders - Choose Check or Money Order for your payment option. Complete checkout, then email me and I will send you an invoice with the total adjusted for your shipping charge. If you qualify for free shipping, you will be charged only the extra over normal domestic shipping. Canadian orders simply choose Canadian shipping.
RME Orders - To pay via RME, choose Check or Money Order for your payment option. Complete checkout, then click on the RME button to pay.
Return Policy: Returns are accepted for any reason on unwashed, un-used diapers for 30 days from the date of shipping. Workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of shipping. Diapers will be repaired. If a repair is not possible, a replacement as close to the original will be sent. Fabric availability varies and so I can't guarantee the fabric you originally purchased will be available. Snaps are guaranteed for the life of the diaper. Please email me before sending any return.
