Ordering information

I will be limiting the number of custom orders I take from now on. Slots will be listed as available with each stocking. Customs will be done in "tiers" to allow the shortest waiting times and easiest tracking.

As of January 20th I will no longer be doing tier 1/tier 2 listings. Instead I will be putting up listings to direct-order what you want. You will not have to wait for a custom tier. HOWEVER, I do ask that you not order in quantities greater than 8 without first contacting me. Order of 10 or more need to be through a tier 3 listing.

Please look at the custom list (link above) to get an idea of where you will be and how long your order will take. I try to get them done as quickly as possible, but with family obligations, sometimes it's hard. So please keep in mind your order can take up to 3 weeks, though typically not that long. Feel free to email me if you are concerned about the wait. I will try to keep the custom list updated so you can watch your order process that way as well.

Tier 3 will be for orders of 10 or more items, and can take up to 4 weeks to complete.

Limited numbers of each type of custom slot will be available. Each slot is "purchased" with a deposit which then goes towards your item(s). The balance is due before I start on your order after you have finalized what you want. I will invoice you for the balance.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you change your mind after purchasing your slot you may either sell/transfer your slot to another person or forfeit the deposit.
