When payment is received for a 100% custom wetbag order, you have committed to that purchase. There are no refunds given for buyer’s remorse. Please be sure you indicate the details of your wetbag as outlined in the listing to ensure you receive the wetbag you’ve envisioned. If information is missing, I will email you and give you 48 hours to respond to the questions. If no response is given, I will pick the best suitable option for what is missing.
For all purchases, please inspect your wetbag upon arrival and contact me within 21 days if you have any concerns. I can only fix or replace a bag within the 21 days that has a serious flaw that renders it nonfunctional. If the same print is no longer available, you have a choice of picking another. If you would like to return your wetbag you must cover shipping with delivery confirmation and a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are only given within the first 14 days. Refund will be given once the wetbag is received by me. Custom wetbags are not eligible for a refund.
I stand behind each item I send out and will replace broken or loose snaps for the first 90 days and will pay for shipping both ways. After 90 days, you will be responsible for shipping both ways, but I will fix the snap(s) at my own expense.
All in-stock wetbags are shipped within three business days of purchase. All custom wetbags are shipped upon completion. The general timeline for completion of custom wetbags is below.
1-2 custom wetbags: 5 days
2-5 custom wetbags: 10 days
5+ custom wetbags: contact me for an accurate estimate
I ship through paypal and Frist Class is used when a package is less than 13 ounces. I will ship Parcel Post when a package exceeds 13 ounces. Frist Class typically takes 2-5 business days and Parcel Post typically takes 2-9 business days. Each and every US order will have a Delivery Confirmation number. If you are in Canada I will ship using the least expensive method depending on weight. I will provide a Custom Forms number on orders shipped to Canada. If I am “out of the office” it will be displayed on my HyenaCart homepage with the estimated date I will be back. You can still purchase in-stock wetbags or place a custom wetbag order, but please be aware that the timeframe for shipping could be longer than customary.
