I accept PayPal for all orders and your product will be produced/shipped as soon as payment is confirmed.  Personal checks or money orders are also acceptable, however your product will not be produced/shipped until the check has been cleared.  

Refunds and exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis and must be brought to my attention in full detail within 1 week of receiving your order. You, the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping costs and these are non-refundable.  I aim to please and will work with you to resolve any problems.  

Shipping is by USPS with Delivery Confirmation, unless otherwise requested, and prices vary with each product (based upon size and weight).  If secondary carrier is requested, you, the buyer, will be responsible for any additional charges for shipping as well.  I will always use the least expensive option for shipping and I only charge the actual cost of shipping.  Insurance is optional.  On the chance occasion that shipping ended up cheaper than the charged amount, a refund will be made to you.  I currently only ship to US, but hope to make enough sales to ship everywhere else.  If you are very interested in something but not located in the US, let me know and I'll try and work something out with you.

  

Monogramming is available and costs $8 per item, unless you are ordering more than one monogrammed item at a time.  Font styles will be emailed to you for selection.
