If you are not 100% satisfied with your crocheted item, please don't hesitate to contact me. I want to be sure you and your little one are 100% satisfied and I want you to have a positive experience with The Seasons Change. If you have a problem, It's simple... tell me about it and we will work on just the right solution for you. If you receive an item that just doesn't feel comfortable, please contact me right away for a replacement. If your cover just doesn't fit properly, same principle applies (I know how hard it is to purchase online with out the product in front of you). When returning a product for fit, item MUST arrive in unwashed, and unworn condition with all tagging and packaging in place. I do ask that covers that are being returned be in unused condition. Once I receive the cover back, I promptly issue a refund or replacement. If it is a defect in workmanship, I also pick up the shipping charges back to me (via first class mail). Please contact me within 30 days of your purchase. I can also only offer warranty issues to the original purchaser.
Repairs and returns are only available to the original buyer. If your items from The Seasons Change are purchased from another individual, we can not accept ANY returns on those products.
The Seasons Change Shipping Policies
I ship packages almost always 3 days a week. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to ship. I am always happy to combine shipping! It saves you money, saves me time and packaging. I ship first class mail in the US (whenever possible) and first class international to my worldwide customers. Of course other shipping methods are available too. If you have a special shipping request, just ask and I am more than happy to help with that.
The Seasons Change Email Policies
Please, feel free to email me ANYTIME! And I mean that sincerely. Emails are normally returned within a few hours during the week. I do try to reserve the weekends for strictly family time. If I don't answer you just right away, please remember I am a mommy too. I personally handle 100% of the customer service (I LOVE to interact with my customers). If for some reason you don't receive a response within 48 hours, PLEASE email me again. Weird things do happen with emails sometimes.
