Store Policy

My #1 policy is to make my customers happy. I will do what is in my power to live up to that.  Due to the nature of bath & body products, no returns will be excepted. If you have any issues or concerns, please feel free to contact me and I'll do my best to rectify any problems. Most of my products are made to order, so please allow 5 business days for production time.
 
Now to the nitty gritty of shipping:
I am not responsible for items damaged or lost in the mail. If you would like protection against lost/damaged items, please consider buying insurance on your items. It is offered thru USPS and it's fairly cheap.  I will always ship to my US customers with a tracking number.
For my Canadian and other International customers, the same rules apply except there will be no tracking unless you purchace priority shipping. I will supply you with the custom form #.
