About Me:

My name is Krista, and I am a stay at home mom-turned work at home mom. I have two beautiful girls who are the inspiration behind everything I make. I am blessed with my wonderful and encouraging husband, who supports all my dreams.

General and Contact Info
All items are handmade. Items with obvious flaws or anything which seriously affects its appearance or function will be sold as a second. Seconds are sold as-is. All products come from a smoke free, outside dog and outside cat friendly home. All fabrics are prewashed and preshrunk in a free and clear detergent.

Payment
Payment is expected at time of purchase. If payment is not received promptly, item will be returned to stock. I accept the following forms of paypal: funded, credit card, or E-check.
If payment is made with an E-check, item will be shipped out once the payment clears.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days on unwashed, unused items only. There will be no refund of shipping, and you are also responsible for return shipping.  Custom orders are not returnable.

Warranty
Please inspect your items upon arrival. Products are under limited warranty for 60 days against major defects, such as seam failure, faulty snaps, or other serious manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Abuse, neglect, dishwasher stripping, or the use of strong chemicals such as bleach voids this warranty. Product will be repaired or replaced at my discretion. As fabric and other supply availability varies, replacements will be handled on a case by case basis.

Shipping

I offer first class and priority shipping through USPS to the US and Canada. All US packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. Insurance will be automatically added onto orders over $40. Because delivery confirmation is not available for first class or priority shipping to Canada, I will provide a customs number as proof of shipping.

Barring unforeseen circumstances, instock orders will be shipped within 2 business days, and custom orders within two weeks of receipt of payment, unless otherwise noted in listing. Orders with first class shipping to Canada may take a couple of extra days to ship, depending on when I can get to the post office, but will be shipped within a week.

Coupon Codes
Coupon codes are good on in-stock, standard listings only. They are not good on Free-For-Shipping items, auctions, semi-custom, grab bag, or custom slots unless otherwise specified.
