NEED SOME HELP??
Unfortunately there have been some issues with carts having incorrect information and details.
Please pay no attention to "extra" items in your cart and please continue on to PayPal....as long as the correct items are on your Paypal check out page, you are FINE to check out and pay! This will help us to track down the real issues.
On the flip side, if you have won multiple items but your cart only shows one and the total is correct for all of your winnings, please go ahead and pay, we will be cross checking all paypal receipts with the Hyenacart invoices on our end.
We also experienced a shipping glitch on some items. If you paid shipping, you can do one of two things, email Lisa at email@example.com and ask for a refund, or you can donate the shipping to Ashley, in which case you do not need to do anything (and thank you for your extra generosity!). The shipping charges were a glitch, you were not supposed to be charged. All donors are paying shipping unless you are international, then you will receive an invoice for the shipping costs.
If you need to pay for international shipping, please contact Team Ashley at OfficialTeamAshley@yahoo.com so we can help the donor make those invoice arrangements. Thanks again each and every one for all the support!
If you have ordered a custom item, the donor will be contacting you as soon as we get everything sorted out.
