Auction Policies
Team Ashley encourages you to bid responsibly. Please do your homework to know what you are bidding on. All of our donor businesses have either their own website or other e-commerce shop, (i.e. Etsy, Big Cartel) so please check there for examples of their craftsmanship, sizing charts (for clothing) and for customer feedback.
If you are requesting either a custom-sized item or a made-to-order custom item, please be mindful that the crafter requires your diligent efforts at good communication to complete your item. All custom items will be completed within the time-frame specified in the listing for that particular item, the clock starts after the details are set between customer and vendor. Please be prepared to pay for your winnings via PayPal within 24 hours of auction end. Any item not paid for within this time period will be offered to the next highest bidder. No e-checks or money orders will be accepted. All completed items will be shipped domestically via 1st Class USPS Mail within 72 hours unless otherwise specified. It will be the winner's responsibility to purchase any shipping insurance (recommended). If the you are a winning bidder and live overseas, the donor will contact you within 24 hours of your cleared payment to discuss shipping options, and send you a separate PayPal invoice for the exact shipping charges. All items are non-returnable, please contact the shop that made your item if damages should occur in shipping or for other discrepancies. Team Ashley and Lil Blue Boo cannot be held responsible for the product / service you receive, shipping delays, global warming, GMO foods, or computer screens damaged from spat out soda while reading this.
