I reserve the right to CANCEL and REFUND any order based on my ability to complete it on time. I have never done this before so this is very unlikely and I will e-mail you first to let you know first. Just like all of you I have children and a house to run and on top of this my work, I decided to add this policy because sometimes I am running close on the 3 week mark and have a lot of issues arise.. projects, health issues etc.. I would rather be honest with my clients than to drag an order any further and feel the pressure. I have seen Many WAHMS cave under the pressure and disappoint/leave a bad taste in their costumers and that is not me, my policy is to always be honest, answer promptly and do my best to make you happy. After all without my loyal customers I would not be doing what I'm doing :)
I try to order snaps as soon as I am seeing colors running out, however sometimes a certain color runs out earlier than the rest of them so I have to wait until I need more to save time/shipping costs. In which case I reserve the right to change the snap colors pictured on the listings.. OF COURSE they will still match accordingly.. with the exception on when the one specific snap color truly is necessary. If you have any questions regarding this issue contact me. or leave a note on your order.
Unused Items: within 3 days of delivery you may return an item if it is unused, Customer is responsible for shipping and I will reinburse upon receipt of item if indeed it has been unused.
Defects: I strive to make my customers happy and of course want them to come back! SO I will do everything in my power to solve any problems, troubleshoot and replace/refund if necessary. Please take in mind I am a work at home mom and not a big company, I pay full price for materials and do the labor myself so I do what I do because I love it, I don't make too much profit out of it, so please be considerate when making return requests..
For a full refund for a defective item: Claim must be made within 10 days of delivery date (I track every package) I will also ask to have item returned to me so I can see what went wrong and learn from any mistakes. I will then refund in full plus the cost of you shipping me the defective item.
For Exchange: Claim must be made within 90 days of delivery date We will then discuss what has happened, troubleshoot and if necessary I will mail you the same item and if not available another item of equal or lesser value. I will ask to have the defective item back (just like at a store).
Criteria for returns: I will not accept returns for washing wear, I cannot control how you wash your items so I have no idea if instructions were followed.. however if you feel you are at right here feel free to contact me and we can work something out. Broken snaps, ripped seams, faulty PUL are of course reasons to return an item within 90 days.
AFTER 90 Days: Contact me with your case and we will troubleshoot.
I strive to make you happy! I absolutely know it can be frustrating to pay for something and not receive the expected quality, take in mind I am not out there to rip you off and I am not a big store.. Friendly private emails as opposed to attacks on a facebook wall will get you farther! I am a nice person and will 99% of the time put myself in your shoes!
