Shipping Info and policy

EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER  21st 2012   Turnaround time will now be 2-3 weeks, thank you for your understanding :)  If you need anything rushed please contact me before purchasing. 

SHIPPING INFO

*NEW:  "Ready to ship" category (effective Jan 2013)

Covers under the album ready to ship are ones that are available to ship immediately.  They will ship within 2 business days (2-4 for international).   IMPORTANT:  If you purchase a "ready to ship" cover along with a "made to order" cover  the order will be subjected to the 3 week turnaround!!  If you want your "ready to ship" cover to get there fast then please purchase  in 2 separate transactions (one with ready to ship and one with made to order) to ensure that your "ready to ship" covers get sent out immediately.   I may e-mail you if  I see them all in one transaction to see if you want to pay for the separate shipping but I am not responsible to do so if times are busy.  Unless.. I have a free shipping store wide (exception is new samples) event then I will mail them both separately if that is what you the customer wishes.   E-mail me with any questions ;) 

All the covers unless stated  (A.K.A Ready to ship)  are "Made To Order" however I bust My Booty (pun intended lol) To get these covers out to you as soon as possible. 

My  turnaround time is 3 weeks!! Sometimes you'll get your covers within 2 weeks  sometimes within 3 weeks and 2 days., I wish I could mail them out sooner but for every order placed there are others I am working on that were placed before and I have 3 kiddos  Thank  you so much in advance for your understanding!  In return you get a kick butt cover and excellent customer service and well it's worth it  darn it! :P  HOWEVER, if you are in a hurry let say it's a present or it's for a birthday or gift e-mail me rockabyebootyfluff@gmail.com and I'll let you know if I can rush it! . 

For Canada and other countries add 1-2 weeks for my turnaround time for delivery and clearing with customs.  So Canada, AUS, UK etc expect your package anywhere from 3-5 weeks.  If you have questions you can e-mail me! :)

SHIPPING POLICY

*Please make sure  you change your address on paypal. If you forget attach a note with your order, however If I make the mistake of not changing it, I am not responsible, I will however work on getting your order to you, it just might take longer. 

*I get tracking #'s for every package mailed in the U.S  Once it's out,  it's out! I am not responsible for errors from USPS I will help you locate a package and provide tracking info but I am not responsible for replacing it,  So for your protection please get insurance at checkout! especially if it's  a package containing more than 1 cover! 

*for Canada, AUS and UK I do not have tracking info but I do have a proof that I mailed it (customs note) that I can provide by request..  Once i send out a package it's out and I am not responsible if it gets lost or stuck in customs. My advice here is to not purchase more than 2 covers at a time. 

I aim to please my customers but also take into consideration that USPS errors are not mine and I work very hard to get these out so once your package is out the door I feel like I have completed my end of the deal unless of course there are issues once you receive them.. see Return policy for that.
