Shipping:

I will get shipments out as soon as I possibly can. It can

sometimes take me up to 3 days after payment is 

received to ship you item(s).

*VERY IMPORTANT NOTE ON SHIPPING ADDRESSES*

Please be sure that your address is correct on PayPal. I

WILL NOT ship to any address that is not on PayPal. I

have had too many requests lately to ship to different

addresses, and it is extremely difficult to stay on top of

all of the changes. I try to get you packages out to you as

quickly as possible, but if I have to cross-reference 

PayPal, Hyena Cart, & my email messages it slows the 

process way down.

Returns:

All Opulent Monsters items come with a 15 day money

back guarantee. Just return the item in New, Unused, and

Unwashed condition. You will receive a full refund (less

the price of shipping).

Bargains, Auction, and Custom items are not eligible for

returns.

Customs:

If you would like a custom order you must purchase a

custom slot in my store. Although I try to get custom

orders made and shipped as quickly as I possibly can,

please allow up to five weeks for custom orders to be

completed.

I require a $5 non-refundable deposit to begin each

custom item.  If the custom order is very specific (Name

SYOF, Saying, etc) I may require the order to be paid in

full before starting.

Warranty:

If something breaks or fails due to normal & reasonable

use within 30 days of purchase I will consider it a defect

and repair or replace it at my expense**. Holes from pins or

snappies are not considered a defect.

I will replace broken snaps, elastic, and defective hook &

 loop for free within 12 months of original purchase;

 however you are responsible for shipping fees if it is more

 than 30 days from the original date of purchase.

**Shipping fees  for repairs will only be refunded within the US.

Practical Limitations:

Please understand that due to the limited availability of

some fabric and materials I cannot guarantee that I will

be able to replace damaged or defective items with

identical ones. I will match the item to the best of my

ability.

I cannot guarantee the quality or performance of any

materials that I did not purchase myself, such as in the

case of send-your-own-fabric (SYOF) orders. It is your

responsibility to make sure that any materials you send

are appropriate for their intended purpose, and will stand

up to normal wash and wear for the intended item.

Please be aware that cotton tends to fade and thin over

time with heavy washing. Please keep this in mind when

choosing your fabric.
