PAYMENT

We currently accept PayPal.

RETURNS

Please contact us prior to returning any items.

• Due to the personal nature of the item, we cannot accept returns on day and night trainers. This includes soakers.
  
• Custom order sales are final and cannot be returned.
• Seconds are sold as is and cannot be returned.
• Clothing (excluding trainers) cannot be accepted for refund if it have been washed, used in any way or damaged.

WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?

Measurement charts are conveniently located on each item page for your convenience.

We highly encourage you to take a few minutes to measure your child so you can be certain the item you order will fit properly. If you are unsure of sizing, please contact us with your child's measurements and we would be happy to assist you selecting a size. Please measure accurately as sizing suggestions will be based upon the measurements that you provide.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Payment is due when orders are completed and ready to ship home. Custom orders are restocked to store if other arrangements have not been made.

• Delivery confirmation is included on all packages mailed within the US.
• We regret that we no longer ship international. This includes Canada.

We hightly recommend shipping insurance to protect your fluffy bundle upon it's journey home. Insurance can be purchased for an additional fee.
