Once and item leaves my care, I cannot control the circumstances it endures during shipping. However, I want you to be able to use your product and enjoy it. If anything happens during shipping that affects the use of your product, please contact me to let me know. We will figure out what to do to resolve this so you can enjoy your new purchase.
If you receive an item, and it is totally not what you expected, please let me know. I will be happy to offer in store credit or an exchange. I will not offer a cash refund in most circumstances.
