Store Policies

1. It is acceptable to "stalk" for another buyer. We ask that payments be made the same day as purchase or the item will be re-stocked. Email us with any special situations before buying. If paying for another buyer please change the address in your Paypal account to their correct shipping address.


2. All in-stock items will ship within 3 days of purchase unless stated otherwise in the listing. Please refer to custom listings for specific time frames for completion and shipping. Customs policy can be found here.

3. Exchanges are allowed on any product in new & unwashed condition within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me before returning an item. If there is nothing in stock for which you wish to exchange, a store credit will be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

4. All guarantees are limited to the original purchaser.

5. Snaps and elastic are guaranteed for the life of the product. Overall quality of our product is guaranteed. If you have any quality issues please contact me immediately. This does not apply to general wear & tear, shrinkage, fading, etc. Sizing is also not considered a defect, so please look at exact sizing and measure your child before purchasing. After 60 days return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. I recommend purchasing insurance as I can't be responsible for USPS errors. Please note that in some cases if there is a quality issue a diaper may have to be re-made instead of repaired. It is always possible the original fabric will not be available since we carry limited stock in many of our fabrics.

6. Shipping costs are noted in each individual listing. Please note that shipping costs may differ from exact shipping to you to cover my costs of materials and time. International postage is listed as an estimate. If at any time exact shipping costs differ drastically from paid shipping amount, the difference will be refunded or can be applied to a future order.

6. All that said, we are committed to providing you the customer service you deserve. If you have any issue, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can work together to find a solution that will make you happy.
 
Customs Policies:


1. Custom slots are no longer available by email request and will be sold on the main site when they become available. Varying amounts of slots will be sold per month, and I will try to stock them at different times throughout the day so they can be available to customers in all time zones.

2. A $5 or $10 (for AIOs) deposit will be required when the custom slot is sold. This deposit is non-refundable should you change your mind. The deposit will be deducted from your total when your diaper is completed.

3. Custom slots are sold for the month following. For example, if you purchase a slot in January your diaper will be completed some time in February.

4. Full payment and shipping is due upon completion. I will email to let you know when it is due and when your item is about to ship.

5. Custom slots will allow the purchaser 1 diaper, or 1 diaper + matching shirt, or 2 newborn diapers. Specific custom slots will be sold for all-in-one diapers when I have waterproof fleece available.
