customer confidence and satisfaction is key so feel free to contact me with any questions you may have before or after your purchase. our home and vehicles are smoke and pet free. all items are shipped within 2 -3 business days, but often sooner. at indigoblossom, we believe in minimizing waste and will often reuse packing materials, but safe and secure packaging is our top concern. if there is a problem with your purchase please communicate as soon as possible. returns and exchanges will be accepted within seven days of purchase, however, the item must be returned in the same condition as received. buyer is to pay for return shipping and in the event of a return, original shipping costs will not be refunded. in the event of an exchange, shipping fees for the replacement will be waived.
