Return Policy

Your happiness and our reputation are top priority. If you are unhappy with your order, please e-mail and we will do our best to correct the problem to your satisfaction. We will not refund due to dissatisfaction with scent choices.

Payment Policy

Orders paid by check are shipped after payment has been received, deposited, and cleared. We accept American Express,Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for parcels once they leave our hands. We are not responsible for items shipped to unconfirmed PayPal addresses. All parcels are shipped via USPS using their SCAN system to prove receipt by a postal employee. Emmaya Naturals and it's owners will not be responsible for loss or damage to uninsured parcels or the products therein. Should damage or loss occur, the customer is responsible for filing any and all postal insurance claims. Unless otherwise noted on the front page, MOST orders are packed and shipped within two weeks of the order date. Please plan accordingly. Should you need your order in a hurry, please request in the order notes that you need it expedited and we will do our best to oblige. In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will do our best to notify you of any delays in shipping your order. Emmaya Naturals products are prepared and packed in a child-friendly, dog-friendly home. Our children are actively involved in labelling bottles, signing invoices, and packing orders. Kindly excuse any crooked stickers, fingerprints, or messy handwriting! Likewise, while the dogs are not permitted in the work areas while we cook or pack, if the presence of a stray dog hair, or if the possibility of exposure to airborne dander disturbs you, please consider shopping elsewhere.
