All items are shipped from Manitoba, Canada. EBB ships twice a week on Fridays and on Tuesdays.
Items shipped to the USA are shipped via Canada Post, "Light Packet -Air" (when possible) or "Small Packet". Neither of these shipping methods offer tracking, though your order is insured for the full purchase price.
Items shipped within Canada are shipped via Canada Post, "Oversized, Letter Mail" (when possible), or "Expedited". Lettermail does not include insurance or tracking. Expedited offers insurance and tracking.

Please verify that your address is up-to-date with PayPal. I am unable to assume responsibility for postage, should your item gets returned.
Your order will ship home to you within 2 weeks of purchase, unless I contact you. You will receive a Paypal Shipping Notification to your Paypal email address when your order has shipped.
Exchanges and Repairs
Sizing: Please ensure that you are familiar with the sizing guidelines as indicated in the listing prior to any purchase. If you require assistance in making the proper sizing selection, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will aid in any way possible.
Defects: A 90-day guarantee on all product defects applies, provided that care instructions were followed correctly. In all cases, an attempt to fix the defect will occur prior to negotiating an exchange for a new product. If an issue arises with your product, please email me at email@example.com with a description and picture of the defect, so I can assess the problem. For repairs and exchanges within the 90 day period, I will refund any shipping charges associated when sending me the product. If you experience a significant product defect after the 90 day period, please contact me and I will always do my best to rectify the situation.

If you have a problem or issue, please do contact me prior to leaving public feedback, as I will do the best I can to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
How to leave Hyena Cart feedback:
After you have received your item, you can leave feedback for it via your "My purchases" page on Hyena Cart. To access this page, you will need to log in to your Hyena Cart account (click "Login" at the top left of the page). Then use the drop-down menu at the top of the page to go to My HC >> My purchases. You will see a "Leave feedback" link all the way to the right of your purchase. If you were not logged in when you made your purchase, or if you have not registered for a Hyena Cart account, the link to leave feedback can be found in the order confirmation email you received upon payment for the order.
