While we strive to have orders shipped within 3 business days of ordering, please allow for 5 business days. Shipping insurance is available. It is entirely your responsibility to purchase, and if you choose not to purchase, we are not liable for damaged or lost packages once they have entered the care of Canada Post. Flat rate shipping as of May 10, 2012 of $12.99 We strongly encourage you to purchase tracking. PRODUCT LIABILITY Products are for external use only, and please keep out of the eye area. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and contact us directly, right away. We are more than happy to help you troubleshoot :) Special notes: Raspy Rub is recommended over 6 months of age. Be Knotty Muscle Rub is recommended over the age of 13.
