About UsCoverBum Diapers opened its cyber doors in April of 2012 about six months after the birth of my second son, Caden. I never thought I would cloth diaper but I decided to try it and jumped in with both feet. I made the classic mistake of buying too many diapers before I knew what I really liked and what worked well for my baby. After trying several brands, I finally discovered the almighty double gusset pocket diaper.
Most nursing Moms will tell you that the worse thing about nursing (after the first eight weeks), are the diaper blowouts. The only thing that could contain my son’s messes were double gusset cloth diapers. I worked with suppliers to find the best diapers that were cute, and affordable, but had durable real world features like dual gussets, and front and back pockets.
Once we tested samples from various manufacturers, we settled upon the four best manufacturers and their best products. My son Caden, along with other baby volunteers, have tested and approved all the products I bring to you through CoverBum Diapers. I would never sell a product that I wouldn’t use on all of my children.
With help from my family, we operate CoverBum Diapers out of our home in rural Virginia. When he’s not mowing the lawn or pulling weeds from the nursery beds, my thirteen year old son, Parker, helps to pack and ship many of the diaper orders we sell and ship. Brian, my dear husband, is usually pulling baby duty while I work on growing my business.
