Customer service is extremely important to me and I hope that you will enjoy shopping with me at ZooTZbaby.
If you ever have any concerns please feel free to contact me and let me know. I love talking to mamas and I don't think any question is ever too silly to be answered.
All custom items will be completed within 2 to 3 weeks of payment and measurements being received. I work customs on a first come, first serve basis. I will only take a certain number at the beginning of the month to make sure I can get them back out that month! I always ship through paypal so you will receive a notice when your item has shipped. Most of the time I send a little email too.
All packages that can be will be shipped first class with delivery confirmation included through the United States Postal Service. I don't like to pay a lot for shipping, so I try and keep my costs down for my customers as well. I love to ship international!! If you are outside of the United States just email me and I will set up something for you.
I love to sew, but please keep in mind that this is a business for me. My family depends on some of my income for expenses. I ask that payments be made within 24 hours of purchase through paypal. If that is not possible please email me first and we will discuss other options. I try to pay attention to every detail, but if there is ever anything that you feel I overlooked or could have done better, please feel free to email me. I stand behind my work and will try hard to make you happier!
