Please purchase and pay for your items, they will be cut, packed and shipped as soon as possible.
If you choose "Actual Shipping Invoiced Separately" they will be cut, packed and weighed to get you the exact shipping price, since the variation in shipping can be so great. Please include in the comments area of your merchandise payment any preferences you have. I will email you with the shipping cost.
Here at Hyena Cart your payment option is PayPal but I also accept Revolutionary Money Exchange and Google Checkout online payments. Money Orders and Checks are accepted on a one on one basis, feel free to contact me. No orders are shipped until payment is cleared.
Fabrics will be cut ONLY after payment. Items not paid for within 24
hours of purchase will be restocked without notice, unless you have
prior arrangements with me.
Shipping:
Shipping costs are not refundable. Overcharges for shipping of US $1.00 or more will be refunded at shipping.
USPS shipments will be shipped within 3 business days after shipping payment is made - usually they are shipped the next business day.
UNLESS you are requesting First Class International shipping, this requires a trip to the Post Office for me, and will be shipped within 14 business days after shipping payment is made.
FedEx or UPS shipment available for larger orders. These shipments will be shipped within 4 business days after shipping payment is made.
Be sure that your shipping address is current in your PayPal payment as that is the address it will be shipped to unless you request otherwise.
Insurance and Delivery Confirmation:It is up to you to request insurance for your goods; it is not included in the price unless your shipping method is via FedEx or UPS.
Delivery Confirmation is included on all orders shipped USPS except International First Class.
Sales Tax:
Georgia sales subject to 6.00% sales tax.
Returns:
Returns will be accepted on uncut/unwashed fabric within 7 days of
delivery. No compensation for shipping. Please contact me for a return
authorization.
