Tweedlebee & Tweedlebum accepts payments through paypal. If payment is made be E-Check I will not ship your order until payment has cleared. . Payment is due within 48 hours of your purchase. After this time, if no payment has been made and I have not heard from you, I will cancel your order.
Shipping
All orders sent within the US are shipped to your paypal address (International wll be sent to your Hyenacart address), so please be sure it is up to date. If you would like your purchase sent to a another person, please add this address as a gift address to your paypal account before purchasing.
All packages (International and Domestic) are shipped via First class mail. Shipping insurance is highly reccomended and can be added to all orders, if you would like to purchase insurance please convo me. All orders over $100 will include shipping insurance provided by me at no additional cost. If you prefer to have your order shipped via Priority Mail please contact me.
International packages cannot be tracked UNLESS you pay for registered mail, or Priority Mail. If you want to be able to track your package sent via first class you will need to add registered mail, which costs an additional $9.00. International buyers are responsible for all taxes and custom fees which MAY apply. Custom forms are marked Merchandise: Baby Clothing or Baby Cloth Diaper (Nappy) with the value at price paid. I will include your order receipt.
Return Policy:
I want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you receive an item that you are not fully satisfied with, please contact me within 7 days to arrange a timely return of the item for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping will not be refunded. Custom orders are not returnable. I will repair or replace defective merchanise with 60 days of purchase. This does not include sizing mistakes on the buyers part. Please measure your child and compare with the sizing charts given. Please make sure you've read all of my shop policies before purchasing. Please contact me with any issues before leaving feedback, this way if there is a situation that requires attention I can work with you without the surprise of finding out through reading feedback.
Custom Orders:
Please allow 3-4 weeks for small custom orders, for larger orders of 3 or more items please allow 4-6 weeks.
I will not use copyrighted embroidery designs please don't ask. I find these designs are of poor quality.
All items are sewn in a smoke free home. I do have a pet and he is not allowed in my sewing room. All fabric is prewashed before sewing to prevent shrinkage and color run but it is advisable to wash all brightly colored items in cold water with a color catcher to prevent colors from bleeding.
Wholesale and Group Orders
I am currently not taking on any group orders or new wholesale accounts at this time.
