I will only accept returns one week after you receive the bag and only due to poor workmanship. Please contact me immediately. The bag must be in new condition and not have been used yet. Please take several pictures of the areas of concern and e-mail them to me. As appropriate I will pay for return shipping, refund or take a % off the bag cost depending on the issue and customer wishes.
I will not accept returns for bags that simply aren’t liked for aesthetic reasons, as this was a custom item.
I try to make sure all pictures and measurements are as accurate as possible.
Shipping
Once final payment is received I will send out the item within 2 days. I always ship with a tracking number within the US, and usually through paypal. If you would like insurance or priority mail, please ask for this before the item is paid for so it can be added to your invoice. I recommend insurance on all packages and cannot be held responsible for any postal service issues.
Quality Control
All my bags have double stitched seams, and at stress points they are stitched quite a bit more. I try to make all bags to my high quality standard so they last a long time and the fabric wears out before the seams do. |
