Do you offer a lifetime warranty on your diapers?
Unfortunately at this time, I am unable to offer a lifetime warranty. However, I do offer free repair or replacement on diapers for 30 days after purchase. Please see my store policies for more information about this.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
I currently only offer first class shipping. In the event that your order will ship at a lesser cost using a flat rate envelope or box, I will automatically refund any excess shipping you may have paid.
My diaper is leaking! Help!
Cloth diapers may leak for a number of reasons. The leading cause for leaking diapers is poor fit. A diaper that is too loose or too tight will leak. Be sure that you properly fit your one-size diaper to your baby. Another reason why diapers leak is due to not using enough absorbency. If your diaper is leaking and its soaker is completely saturated, then more than likely there is nothing wrong with the diaper causing it to leak. If your diaper is leaking and the soaker is not saturated, then there may be other reasons for the leaks. Not following your diaper's prepping and care instructions can cause the diaper to leak or repel. The natural fibers in the soakers require several washes before reaching their maximum absorbency. Why are your diapers so much cheaper than other brands I have purchased?
I believe cloth diapering should remain the most economical choice in diapering. This is something I feel very strongly about. Please see my pricing commitment section for more information.
