Policies

Payment:

Currently, only accepting Paypal. All payments should be made within 24 hours of ordering. If you are unable to make your payment within this time period, please contact me. If no payment or contact has been made after 24 hours, the item or items will be re-listed. Stalking for others is permitted, as long as payment is made within the required time-frame. For Custom orders, we require payment in full upon finalizing your order. These orders will be shipped upon completion. 

Shipping:

 Shipping prices are for U.S. and Canada orders. All other international orders will simply pay the shipping difference, please email me for your total. (Once international orders leave my hands I am not responsible.)

For instock items, I ship within 2-3 business days. For custom orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for completion.  Delivery confirmation is included on all domestic orders. (International orders do not include Delivery Confirmation.) Insurance is extra and is recommended, once a package has left my hands I am not responsible.

Return Policy:

In order to provide excellent customer service, we may take returns based on our own discretion. Items must not be washed. We do replace defective merchandise, this does not include typical wear and tear.  There are no replacements for seconds. Please contact us if there is an issue, we try out best to make everyone happy! 

Suggested Care:

Minkee Blankets and Fluffies should be washed in cold on gentle and Air or fluffed dry. No heat!
