Laines Magnifiques on HC Policies
- Payments to be made in US funds.
- All payments are made through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay. We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX via Paypal.
- We do accept E-checks through PayPal, however, please be aware that items will not ship until your e-check has cleared.
- We do not accept Cash or Money Orders at this time.
- Custom orders will be stocked from time to time of any of our websites (Artiste Congo, LM on HC or our Main Store).
- Custom orders will take 14 business days to be completed.
- Custom orders are NON-RETURNABLE unless product (the yarn not the dye work) is defective.
- All customer information is kept confidential and will not be distributed or sold.
- Shipping is from Canada
- All instock items will ship within 3-5 business days.
- All items to the United States and Internationally will be shipped via Canada Post International Air Mail
- All items are automatically insured for up to $100.00. This is a Canada Post feature and standard on all packages.
- Packages can be shipped Surface Mail (6-12 business days) $5.25 for one skein, $7.50 for 2+ skeins OR Air Mail (4-10 business days) $6.70 per one skein, $8.90 for 2+ skeins.
- Items are insured up to $100.00
Refunds and Returns
- Returns will be accepted if product is in new condition only and able to be restocked
- It is the purchaser's responsibility to pay return shipping as well as insurance.
- The purchaser will have the choice of store credit or a cash refund for returned items.
- Refund will be given once the item is in the possession of Laines Magnifiques.
- Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Custom orders are NON-RETURNABLE unless defective.
- Yarns ordered through a co-op are NON-RETURNABLE.
- If your item has been lost in the mail, Refunds or a new product will only be given once Canada Post has deemed it lost and has forwarded the funds to Laines Magnifiques. Once we have receieved funds, you will receive your choice of refund or another product of the same value.
