Stocked diapers will be shipped within 4 business days of purchase. Custom diapers will be shipped within 10 business days of purchase.

Returns accepted within 2 weeks of delivery for damaged product only. I'll refund your shipping after the diaper is returned. If I can't repair the diaper, I'll make a new one & ship it back at no additional cost.

Not responsible for items once shipped. I ship to pay pal provided address only. It's your responsibility to update your pay pal address if you have moved. Shipping insurance is available for US orders for an additional $1.85.

I do pre-wash most of my fabric, but I cannot control any additional shrinkage, bleeding or fading.

Wash your diaper in a cold rinse, hot wash with cloth diaper safe detergent, cold rinse. After the first wash, dry the diaper in the dryer to seal the PUL. After the first wash/dry it's recommended that the diaper be line dried.

Currently, I only ship to Pay Pal provided addresses in the USA & Canada.
