Policies, pricing, and size info for knitted items

• No returns on knitted items will be accepted, except in the case of extreme misrepresentation or mistakes on my part. This means if you mis-measured, your child grew, the item got felted while being washed, ect. I can not accept the item as a return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items marked as seconds are non-refundable.
• Deposits for custom items are non-refundable. Payments are expected to be prompt after your custom item is completed. If I finish your item and for whatever reason you can not pay, please let me know, and arrangements can be made. If you do not contact me within 3 weeks of completion to make a payment or arrangements, I will list your item for sale.
• I normally ship within 24 hours, but sometimes life gets in the way. I hope you can understand. I will always let you know. I can only ship to Canada on Thursdays when my DH is home. Thanks for your understanding.

• My knitted items are almost always 100% wool. They need to be treated with loving care. Please wash in lukewarm water with gentle soaps and lay flat to dry. If you have any questions about how to wash your new woolies please contact me.
