Hi there! First off welcome to my store!

I am Cristi, owner and operator, mom and wife, therapist and taxi driver, Oh yeah and in my spare time I love to crochet!

I have four wonderful children ages 8, 5, 2, and 20 months. In that mix I have two special needs children. My son, 5, has moderate Autism, and has not potty learned yet. He shows no signs of being ready or understanding the concept, so knowing how to crochet I have started making my own cloth diapers. My 20 month old has had major reconstructive surgery on her skull. She has some residual damage from the malformation of the skull and we have no idea what the future may hold for her. In October of 2009 she had a second brain surgery to reconstruct her  brainstem/spinal area.

I have cloth diapered for 5 years now,  I am an advanced knitter and crochet as well as enjoy an occasional Tunisian Crochet. I take great pride in my work and hope that you see the same quality in my products here.

My goal is to offer affordable cloth diapers to families like ours. I use wool because it is free of harsh chemicals, plastics, and who knows what else might be in  the products most use on a daily basis. I love my wool, it protects against leaks very well, our products have been through a few rounds of testing, and have shown to be in great shape, great fit, and hold in moisture well.

Our Pattern

Our pattern was developed my myself, Cristi, we have held several rounds of testing with our regular crocheted woolies (longies, shorties, and skirties) and offer a wonderful quality product at a low price.

Our pattern is typically worked in half-double crochet creating a nice airy woolie, while still supplying the coverage needed. We have had no complaints yet of leaks with this pattern under normal use (day and night use). However if you prefer a single crochet pattern I am more than willing to work that, and do by default on some thinner yarns.

Also our Tunisian Crocheted woolies pattern is a hybrid of patterns, I currently use Family Pendragon's TC pattern, with some adjustments.

Our skirtys feature wonderful twirling effects and this pattern is always being added to in terms of lacy options for the skirt.
