You can sign up for a cart and start stocking immediately, or let it sit for a while as you get your items ready to list. You don't have to pay the first stocking fee until you're ready to start using the cart.

PLEASE NOTE: I have recently made changes to HC Multi that give it the same capabilities as HC Standard and more. Please sign up for HC Standard only if you require the capability to have payments go to different Paypal addresses (as in the case of congos or shared stores), or if you just really prefer HC Standard (and if you do, I'd appreciate a comment to give me some insight into why :) ). Thanks!
