I work very hard to ensure you are getting the best possible product. If you have any problems with your diaper upon receipt, please notify me immediately.
All in-stock items are eligible for an exchange within 10 days of purchase if returned in un-washed, new condition. Shipping is not refundable and buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
CUSTOMS ARE FINAL SALE. Once your order is placed, I can not accept changes unless otherwise agreed to before hand.
My home is a pet free and smoke free home, so I ask that if you return an item it comes back to me in the same condition in which it was received.
Because of the nature of extremely small businesses I do not offer refunds at this time. Please consider this when purchasing. Because this is my small business, I can assure you I will try my hardest to satisfy you. I do not employ help and all the products sold in my store are handmade by me in my home using quality fabrics and thread sewn on top-of-the-line industrial machines.
I offer a 90 warranty on my products for the original owner of any sticky peas products. This includes the elastic and snaps. If you have an issue with one of my products, please notify me immediately so that you may return the item for repair. If I can not repair the diaper and it was a workmanship flaw, I will replace the diaper.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I can not warranty any holes and/or tears made with pins and/or snappis to any knit fabric. In order to keep your knits in the best condition possible, please keep your pins sharp. They will however, over time, leave holes in the knit. I can recommend using Fray Check should your product get any pin holes. This will help keep the pin holes from getting larger. *Please consider this when purchasing a full panel prefitted*
~ CARE INSTRUCTIONS ~
These are very simple. Failure to follow these care instructions can/will void any warranties.
Rinse cold, wash warm with detergent and dry on medium.
Because I only use natural products, fabric softener is safe to use on your sticky peas products. Fabric softener will help bring back the yummy fluffy feeling of the diaper. If you have hard water, I suggest water softener. Hard water is very damaging to diapers.
There are no additional care instructions for the wool liner. Wash as above.
*PLEASE NOTE MY FABRICS ARE NOT PRE-WASHED. THEREFORE, IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU WASH YOUR DIAPERS WITH LIKE COLORS ATLEAST THE FIRST WASH AND WASH ON COLD.
~ STALKING ~
I am pretty flexible when it comes to stalking. All I ask is that all products be paid for within one hour by the mama whose address it will be shipped to. If you are paying on behalf of the mama wanting the item, please update the address in your Paypal account. This saves me from any shipping errors. Unpaid items after 1 hour will be re-listed.
