Store Policies

Returns and Exchanges: I accept returns on all unworn, unused and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. I will also allow for exchanges on unworn items as long as the item you'd like to exchange for is in stock. Defective items will either be repaired, replaced or refunded, depending on the situation.

Please note, we are not responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse, misuse, normal fading or normal "wear and tear" of the product materials. We try to use top of the line needles, stabilizer and embroidery thread, but like any clothing item, items that have been embroidered may not withstand frequent washing for extended periods of time. You are solely responsible for understanding how to care for the items you purchase or have embroidered.

International Shipping: I am glad to ship my items overseas, however, if the cost of shipping internationally costs more than $2 over what it costs to ship within the US, I do ask that you kindly cover the extra shipping costs.

Insurance: If you would like insurance on your package, you MUST purchase it at the time of checkout. I will not tack it on after the purchase has already been paid for. If you are purchasing custom embroidery slots, please purchase insurance on the slots as well. If the price of the insurance is higher than the amount that you are charged at checkout, I will send an invoice for the balance owed.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Sarah's Baby Boutique guarantees all insured packages. If your package has not been delivered 30 days after the shipping date, and you purchased insurance for your package, we will ship a replacement item at no additional charge. If the item that is lost is a one of a kind creation, I will replace with an item of equal or lesser value. If the item lost is a custom embroidered item, I will be happy to recreate the embroidery on a new item supplied to me.

Please note, we ship ALL PACKAGES with delivery confirmation or with a tracking number. If the package is scanned as "delivered", the package is not replaceable. Please be sure to use a delivery address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your package.


Custom Slots Refunds and Transfers: I do not accept refunds on custom slots, however I do allowed them to be transferred from one person to another, as long as I have been informed by the original purchaser. Slots are good for a full year after purchase date, so please be aware that they do expire.

Custom Diapers Guarantee:
If I ruin your diaper, I will gladly reimburse you the fair market value of the diaper lost, plus refund the cost of the embroidery. If a small mistake is made, or if you are not totally satisfied with the results, I will send you a gift certificate good for anything in my store.

Free Snap Repair: I will gladly replace for free 1 snap per diaper on custom embroidery jobs. After that, I charge 15 cents a snap. I also will replace snaps on diapers previously embroidered by myself, either ones that you bought straight from me, or simply had embroidered through a custom slot- 1 snap free per diaper and 15 cents/snap after that. Shipping and handling charges not included. I will also fix snaps on other diapers that have not been embroidered by myself at $1.00 per order and 25 cents per each additional snap after the first one.
