All items being that they are handmade may vary slightly from pictures upon ordering due to the fact we get pictures from clients or other employees who make them for others. All orders are final if you need to cancel an order it must be done with 24-48 hours of ordering. No refunds unless products are damaged and then we offer partial refund not including shipping.
