This is a Mama Marsh's Creations One sized All in One (AIO) diaper.
The MMC AIO’s are unique! In these diapers, the leg areas are
open so that air and water can get to the inside of the diaper. This
helps to allow the water in during a wash to get a better washing.
Also the air can reach the inside of the diaper to help dry the insides
faster, thus less time in the dryer or on the line! (One major
complaint of the AIO!) You could also add extra inserts in the leg
openings if you need more absorbency! You shouldn’t worry about leaks
because when on a child, the leg opening are closed up, just like any
other diaper.
