It's fully lined to keep stitching away from baby's head, and the fold over is not tacked down so you can adjust it for the perfect fit! Sizing should fit approximately 0-3 months and I size generously, but knowing that all babies are truly different, you may get a shorter or longer amount of wear time out of it.
