Want to make your doll extra special? Here are some options I've done for different people that you may not realize are available. (o: Fingers are a lovely detail - I will do these on custom dolls 10" or larger. I can also weight your doll by adding sand in with the wool for very a realistic feeling when you hold her. I've been told the added weight can be soothing for autistic children. Or I can weight it with millet just in the torso - this is a little lighter weight and not washable. I also do anatomically correct - only on button jointed dolls. And mixed yarn hair is gorgeous - I use straight mohair and boucle' mohair. I can also add some chunkier alpaca or wool.
