The pricing for each diaper is different, as each one is made with different fabrics. The chart has typical prices- this is only an example, your items may cost more or less, depending on your preference/availability. We have had to increase the prices by a few dollars to offset the increase in shipping and the actual fabrics. Thank you for understanding!

Policies:
  All items are shipped USPS with Delivery Confirmation(within the US). I recommend purchasing Insurance, as I am not responsible for your package once it leaves me. Please email me to arrange that.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I would appreciate your contact prior to leaving feedback so I can do my best to fix the situation.  Your feedback is important to me and I want you to be happy with your purchase!

I do not offer refunds for washed/used/second hand items. I will accept returns within 15 days for first quality items. Shipping, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted for items without flaws or mis-representation. Shipping will be paid by me if there is something wrong with them item that wasn't disclosed.

As of October 2008, I will be selective with the fabrics I use for customs, meaning fabric you send in, or fabric you would like me to order.  If it's not a fabric that I would prefer to have for stock, I will not order it.   We can discuss the details further, but just know I will use my discretion for fabric purchasing.

Also, Custom orders are one of a kind purchases, they are not refundable or returnable.  I always send pictures for approval before shipping.  If the item has been grossly represented,  I will accept a return for inspection prior to refunding any money or shipping costs.
