1) Please notify me if you would like to forfeit your custom slot so that I may move on to the next. I will contact you approximately one week prior to starting your item to finalize details of your item(s). Please let me know if you will be unable to communicate for a few days so that I can plan accordingly. If you have not made prior arrangements and I do not hear from you within 7 business days of my initial contact, I will move on to the next custom slot.
2) Sizing: I love to make items based on your child's custom measurements. Please measure carefully. If you have any questions about how to measure your child, please contact me and I will help you get the best measurements. I also offer the following guide for items made without custom measurements:

3) Wool items: I offer washing and lanolizing of all wool items prior to shipping at no extra charge. Please let me know if you would like me to wash and lanolize for you or if you prefer to do that yourself. I will send a current list of available fragrances and I can also do fragrance free.
4) Payment: Payment is expected within 48 hours of sending pictures of the completed item(s). I accept Paypal and Revolution Money Exchange. If I have not received payment within 30 days, I will sell your item.
5) Feedback: I appreciate hearing how your item(s) fits and functions once you receive it. Please contact me if you have any issues with your item(s).
6) Shipping: Custom prices do not include shipping. Shipping will be $3.50 first class or $5.50 priority for the first item, $1 for each additional item and includes delivery confirmation. International shipping will be actual cost of shipping. Please contact me for international shipping quotes. I try to ship 2-3 days after your payment is received. I do recommend insurance on all orders. If you choose to not purchase postal insurance, I will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS will be issued for uninsured orders.
