The 10.00 fee is a nonrefundable deposit which holds your place on our customs list. :)

We do not wash or lanolize our wool items before shipping, but we'd be more than happy to do this for you as long as it is understood that this will delay shipping for two or three days to allow for drying time. :) If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us! :)
