~SHIPPING~
All instock orders are shipped within 3 business days of the order being paid for. Custom orders have up to a 2 week turn aroud time. All orders are shipped via USPS with Delivery Confirmation. If you request shipping via UPS additional charges will apply. You will receive a shipping notice once your order ships.

~INSURANCE~
I encourage you to purchase the optional shipping insurance listed on each item. I am not responsible for uninsured packages once they leave my hands.

I offer a 30 day replacement warranty on handmade items. Improper care or misuse of product voids any warranty.

~REFUNDS/EXCHANGES~
I offer exchanges or refund minus shipping at my discretion, if you choose color combos that will not be easy for me to re-sell then I am not able to accept it for refund or exchange. Returns must be in original unwashed and unused condition. It is your responsibility to pay for shipping costs to return an item. Returns/exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase.

~SECONDS~
Seconds are sold as is with no refund, they are flawed that is why the are marked down.
