HandmadeByMama Return Policies

~ If an item does not fit or is not exactly what you were hoping, you can return it for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Item must be in original condition. Item can not be worn or washed. You must contact me within 1 week of the original purchase date with your shipping confirmation number to receive the full refund.

~ If yours is a quality issue, please convo me immediately and we will work together to resolve your issue immediately.

~ I ship via First Class Mail (USPS) within 24 hours, most of the time.
~ I take care to package all items for secure shipping. However, I cannot be held responsible for damage that is out of my control. If you would like to insure your package please let me know.
~When shipping domestically I will use Paypal shipping. Paypal will send you your shipping number. If you do not receive one and would like to track your package feel free to contact me and I can look it up for you. I always ship with delivery confirmation when shipping within the USA.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

~ Shipping confirmation is not available to me when I ship outside of the USA.
~ I will ship anywhere....if your shipping option is not listed, please contact me.
~ Canadian shoppers......please choose the option available, I do not charge extra to ship to Canada at this time.

Also....I am a mama with 4 kiddos that range in age from 17 to 1. So things can come up with my family at a moments notice...I will always do my best to keep to schedule and strive for incredible customer service.

Wool.

I only use quality wool that I would use for woolies for my little guy. A lot of the embellished wool creations will be done in Cascade for color choice purposes. Cascade offers over 200 color choices that are rivaled by no other wool.

As far as night use.....most wools are going to be suited for anytime use for light to average wetters, but if your kiddo is a heavy wetter, only the heaviest weight wool will work through the night. Some key wool types to look for when shopping for night worthy wool for your little one are bulky BBR, Cestari Super Fine Merino and any bulky, heavy Aran weight wool.

Hand wash all woolies in Wool Wash soap, with limited aggitation.

Lay flat to dry. I can't stress this enough. Hanging them to dry will stretch them out and make them lose their shape. Lay them flat in the shape you want them to dry and they will stay perfect.
