Policies
All items come from a smoke free home. We do have 2 short haired dogs but we try to discourage them from wearing the items we sell. Please contact me via email at BNBCreations@aol.com before purchasing, with any questions you might have.

Shipping
I ship through the United States Postal Service and have Delivery Confirmation on all of my packages. If multiple items are purchased, please contact me for the combined shipping total. In order to recieve a combined shipping discount, ALL items must be paid for in ONE paypal transaction! I am not responsible for item(s) after they are shipped. For that reason I recommend that shipping insurance be purchased. I will ship your item(s) within 3 business days after receiving payment. Mostly Same day shipping after payment is made, but things happen in day to day life that I may not be able to get to it immediately. If there is a longer delay, you will be notified.

Insurance
Insurance is not included in the price of the goods but can be purchased for $1.65 extra.

International Orders
International orders are welcome! Please be advised that delivery times can be extended due to customs. Shipping for international purchases will be handled on a case by case basis--please contact me for a quote. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

Payment methods accepted:
Paypal and RME ONLY! Same day payment is expected. I cannot hold items beyond the day of purchase. Items not paid for within 24 hours will be canceled and restocked in my HC store.

Refund/Return Policy
It is of the utmost importance to me that each customer is completely satisfied with their shopping experience. For this reason, I encourage you to ask questions before you order, so that there are no misunderstandings. I will accept returns if the item is defective or grossly misrepresented. This is at the sole discretion of B&B Creations.
The only exception to this rule is with the Advocacy Wear. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you may return the product directly to Cafepress (I will give you the proper contact information), but I can not refund your initial shipping costs.

Item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition it was sent. Shipping to and from is non-refundable. Purchaser is responsible for shipping on returned items. Please contact me within three (3) days of receipt of your purchase if you are not happy with the item(s). If I am not contacted within three (3) days following receipt of the item(s) and the product is not returned within (14) days then a refund will not be issued. Thank you.
