Payments; I accept funded and credit card Paypal only. Orders must be paid for within 1 hr from the time the order is placed. If no payment has been made, I will relist the item. If you click "Buy Now" and do not pay within 12 hrs and an email has been sent with no response, you will be blacklisted. Please understand when clicking the Buy Now button commits you to purchasing the item. Non-payment may result in being blocked from future purchases.

Shipping; Instock items will be shipped 1-3 days after payment has been received & cleared.

Insurance; Please remember I am shipping from Canada, and items can take from 3 to 6 weeks to arrive to the US. Insurance is included in the cost of shipping now with all packages, unless choosing Lettermail (for cloth pads only).   I ONLY SHIP TO A VERIFIED ADDRESS, so the seller is protected under the seller protection policy through Paypal.

Refunds are not applicable for items bought without insurance, therefore it is the buyer's responsibility to choose the insured shipping option. The Cloth Canoe will not be responsible for lost packages without insurance. If ever a package gets lost by the Post Office and the 6 weeks waiting period has gone by, we will put a trace on your package. No refunds will be issued until we receive a refund from the PO for the lost package.

Customs; Custom orders need to be paid in full before any work is started. The deposit is to secure your spot on my customs list, and is non-refundable. For custom orders, items will be shipped 2-5 weeks after payment has been received and cleared. I will most definetly keep you updated and send you a photo of the finished product! :)

Returns & Refunds; Please be advised, I do not accept returns on instock and custom orders. I will only accept returns if the item is defective, within 10 days of you receiving the item and from the original owner only. This warranty includes elastics, stitching and faulty snaps (snaps will be replaced with a non-hidden snap). These will be replaced free of charge, after you re-send the item to me at your cost. I will repair the item and ship to you at my cost. If the item is not repairable, I will replace the item free of charge.
This warranty does not include normal wear & tear, and the warranty is void if proper care and instructions are not followed (dyeing, improper washing, bleaching & sunning).
Please contact me before sending an item back for repair. I reserve the right to accept or refuse any item for any reason.
