PAYMENT
please note that your item will be removed from active stock (making it sold out) as soon as your paypal payment clears. Meaning, if you checkout but do not complete payment right away, your items will not be pulled from stock which could cause someone else to have the opportunity to purchase your desired items.
SHIPPING
In stock items should ship within 3 business days barring any unforeseen circumstances, I ship on Mondays and Thursdays generally. Custom items are subject to the customs list, but I generally will not ever let my customs list go beyond 3 weeks. Always feel free to contact me before during or after placing a custom order to confirm the wait time for customs.
PLEASE NOTE:I will ONLY ship to the address listed in Paypal, I will not change the name/address for both of our protection. If you realize the ship to address is different, please just let me know and I can refund you, you can change the address, then resend payment - no big deal! :)
**If your shipping is ever overcharged by $1 I will refund the difference.
*added 5/18/09*CANADA and INTERNATIONAL shipping options should be available on all listings. If your shipping is overcharged by more than $1, I will refund the difference in the shipping amount charged and the actual cost. Shipping is via FC mail up until the wt. limit, and then Priority mail.
Insurance is always strongly suggested being that once packages are out of my hands at the Post office I cannot be responsible for them.
LOCAL pickup - if you are local to me and wish to pick up your item to save on shipping, please place your order and enter code LOCAL in the discount code section. :)
COMMUNICATION
Communication is very important for both of us. Being that we are communicatiing via the interent (which at times is not as reliable as we all would like it to be), I'm going to list a few options for contact. If you send me an email and don't get a response within 2 days please assume I did not receive it and resend, I will do the same for you!

RETURNS Return- not a faulty item: If the diapers/items are unused I will refund you 100% item cost (Paypal) or 100% item cost -money order cost, of the item cost (no shipping refunds) if you notify me you are returning within 7 days of reciept of the items. If the items are used or washed within the 7 days I will refund you 50% of the item cost (paypal) or 50% minus money order cost. No refunds after 7 days of recipt of an item. You do need to pay return shipping to me with delivery confirmation please.
Fautly Item: If I have made an error or an item is faulty please contact me. I am an honest person and wouldn't do so intentionally, and will work to make the problem right. For a general rule, I will not replace elastic after 2 months without charge as wash routine, use and care can greatly impact the life span of the elastic. No returns on 'send your own fabric' diapers as they are complete customs unless they are faulty :).
NON PAYMENT:
Orders not paid for within 72 hours will be relisted unless we have an arrangement :). |
