I am the only one involved in the creation of my work. Therefore, I am responsible for the quality of my items. If you are not satisfied with your product please contact me so we can come up with a solution. While I strive to assure all items sold are of high quality, please remember that all items are hand made and not machine made. Each piece is unique. Small flaws are part of the charm!!

Every attempt is made to get instock items into the mail within 3 business days, custom orders of 3 or more items may take longer. However, I am a busy mom with 4 kids, a husband, and a cranky cat. Delays may occur, but I promise to communicate any and all delays.

Returns: I will not accept return of any item that has been soiled and washed, for sanitary reasons. Replacements for product defect (snaps or elastic failure) are valid for up to 30 days after the item was received. Buyer is responsible for shipping the defective item back to me for inspection and / or repair.

Payment: All online payments must be received within 24 hours or I will restock the item. If you want it, Purchase it. Please note: At this time I am NOT currently set up for Credit card payments. Please contact me if there is something you would like and need to pay this way. I may be able to make arrangements for you.

Shipping: I do all shipping through Canada Post. Tracking between US and Canada is not available in this shop at this time.

Please also keep in mind that it can take up to 3 weeks for items to arrive at their destination when shipping over the boarder. I cannot be held responsible for delays at the border. International shipping is only available to the United States at this time. I will not be held responsible for items once they have left my hands and are in the postal service.
